HAI HELI-EXPO: Collaboration for Safety

This week (7th March 2022) a team from HeliOffshore travelled to HAI Heli-Expo in Dallas.

At the first in-person show since the beginning of the COVID pandemic, the HeliOffshore team met with a broad range of colleagues and stakeholders regarding:

  • IOGP’s Aviation Sub-committee meeting including discussion of revisions to Report 690 and the Joint Industry Project (JIP37);

  • Progress and plans of HeliOffshore workstreams in 2022/3;

  • HeliOffshore Insurance Sub-committee briefed regarding the latest safety intelligence and programme update; and

  • HeliOffshore Safety Strategy Panel (SSP) meeting to review HeliOffshore’s mission and activities, to challenge and consider new areas for focus.
