Modern Slavery Act

HeliOffshore seeks to play a positive role in the communities it serves by conducting itself in a way that respects human rights. We oppose any use of human trafficking or slavery in the provision of our services. We are committed to ensuring that our employees and stakeholders take appropriate steps to mitigate such risks from occurring in any aspects of our organisation and membership.

HeliOffshore is the global, safety-focused association for the offshore helicopter industry. We employ a limited number of persons and, as such, believe that the risk of human trafficking and slavery within our business is low. We evaluate the risk on a periodic basis. HeliOffshore is committed to upholding the principles of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and standards such as non-discriminatory treatment, voluntary employment, freedom of association, minimum wage, anti-harassment, prohibiting forced or child labour, and maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.

Any employee or member found in violation of this standard is subject to adverse action, up to and including termination of their services/membership.

This Statement is made pursuant to section 54 (1) of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015 and has been approved by the HeliOffshore Limited Board of Directors. It constitutes the Company’s modern slavery statement for the calendar year ending 31 December, 2022.
