This Master Minimum Helideck Equipment List (MMHEL) is a document based upon the methodology used to ensure the airworthiness of an aircraft. It provides a clear, understandable, and proven methodology to guide the pursuit of safe helideck operations based on the serviceability of helideck equipment. It also standardises communications and helideck operations so safety issues are easily identifiable and safety recommendations are readily accessible and applicable.
